      Pros

      Great team effort, bosses are very supportive and just generally good, fun people. Since leaving, I have still maintained a strong friendship with my bosses even after having gone for two years.

      Cons

      Most of the cons are those typical of customer service or working within a religious institution. One of the head people did try to convert me once, but I did not work under them.

      Pros

      Newman is a great place that has a lot of room for growth but that is one of the reasons it is so much fun to be at.

      Cons

      Leadership could do a better job of communicating and it would be nice to have more fun events for all the employees to do together.
