4yWe are very sorry to hear about your experience and for the distress that this has caused you. We are concerned that we didn't deliver on our level of standards but our employee's safety and security are of the highest priority to us. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent and are very upfront about the position requirements during the interviewing process. We try to ensure that all candidates are aware that they will be required to learn our direct marketing strategies during their brand ambassador training. We certainly don't want to make any false promises which may disappoint our candidates. We are not a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in the United States. It sounds like there is a misunderstanding when it comes to our growth structure. We have a structure very similar to other companies that promote from within such as Hertz or Enterprise. We promote people based on merit, so they must learn everything about how we run our business from the bottom up. We're sorry to hear that you were not interested in this type of organizational structure, but we try to be as clear as possible before anyone joins our team.
