Bad place to work the HR is a joke - Assistente Backoffice NewSpring Services Employee Review

They don't give proper training. The job is boring as hell. And the worst is the HR making lots of mistakes, and you end up having to tell them information they should know. You can never trust that the payment if correct, they usually pay more and then they conveniently only see the mistake a month after. I mean, if you are suppose to pay you should know exactly the amount you are paying, the employee is not supposed to have to calculate how much he is supposed to receive, THAT'S THE HR JOB.
