Pros
I was desperate for a job & this seemed like a good place. The culture varies from branch to branch, as do the students; Queens, Bronx & Manhattan. Pros: well-established, well-known & the owner is absolute queen - amazing woman who's been in the game forever and really understands the struggles teachers face, along with the students & culture gaps.
Cons
there's zero support from other teachers and no time or push to work togther and share info. No incentives for rave student reviews. Academic coordinators/managers are under qualified & not very professional, pay isn't great. Admin staff - really don't interact with anyone & the desk staff can be really immature/unfriendly.
