I had a terrible experience working at New Reach Education. The upper management had completely unrealistic expectations and every project had an immediate deadline, leaving little room for quality work or innovation. Unfortunately, half of the work I poured my heart into never saw the light of day, as projects were constantly pushed off or canceled.
To make matters worse, credit for hard work was often stolen by others, either by colleagues taking credit for my work or upper management giving credit to those who didn't deserve it. There was very little recognition for the efforts put in, which created a demoralizing work environment.
Additionally, the company refused to allow any flexibility in work arrangements, expecting employees to work while sick or on PTO. They also expected employees to work outside of office hours and go above and beyond without any hope of promotion or raise, but "for the love of the company".
Furthermore, the company had a habit of loading your calendar with pointless meetings, leaving little time to focus on actual work. This constant barrage of meetings only added to the frustration and lack of productivity within the organization.
The Brand Visionaries, who teach the courses offered, were extremely unreliable, adding to the frustration.
Working at New Reach Education made me question my abilities and left me feeling depressed and undervalued. Moreover, many of the courses they hosted seemed to be scams, preying on people already in difficult financial situations or teaching them how to sink further into debt.
Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering employment or courses with New Reach Education to think twice before getting involved.
