Recruitment is a competitive industry so you have to be prepared to work hard and keep positive within your first year as it can be hard to build your client base but the ones that push through the challenging times and remain driven and positive will see the rewards. It really is a lovely business to be a part of.

There can be occasionally periods of churn however this happens in most recruitment companies
