None anymore. There is nothing good about working there anymore. The new Owner and his NEW partner are crooks!

The culture at Neuwave has gone from a fun exciting place to work to a chopping block full of fear, low balling offers, and pay cuts. Leadership is horrible and management is even worse. The owner is a complete snake and a conman at best.

Good benefits , Technicians are great to work with and knowledgeable

Pay raises little to none and far between getting them , stressful environment, over price and undercut time to do work . Under appreciates their technicians .
