Pros
-Some of the people; ie: contractors, floor, manufacturing, warehouse, engineers, scientists, techs, pretty much anyone but upper management. -Work is simple, easy -Products are pretty decent
Cons
-work on a project for 6 months, they cancel the project or give it to someone else -multiple unaware managers leading projects making poor decisions -lack of utilization of talent -lack of organization -too many revisions and paperwork signatures
