      Pros

      Good compensation, fun challenge with a good degree of difficulty.

      Cons

      Despite being at a stealth mode, well founded and with no customers yet, we were pushed to deliver features in a ridiculously short amount of time, working over the weekends for weeks to then get just one day off. Lots of us burned out because of that.

      - Made payments accordingly - A good CTO

      1. The CEO is assertive and ruthless in negotiating salaries. 2. We agreed on a few conditions. But he vaguely added those in the agreements paper in "legal" terms that nullifies what I asked for. 3. Over my employment period, he said "I will terminate your contract" over 5-7 times. Extremely disrespectful and unmannered way of talking and addressing employees. 4. Our agreements had a 15-day notice period. He fired me immediately without cause. Later when I asked, he said "we both agreed"... to getting myself fired?!!!
