Pros

There are a lot of really great developers there. Starting pay is also really good for the Columbus area. Really great time off benefits. Also, they pay for learning and help you grow on projects. Finally, they very supportive of a good work life balance. It is honestly a really great company to start at or to be at for a couple of years.

Cons

Really hard to get promotions, a lot of people were waiting for months or even a year+ for promised promotions. Also, each year since they were acquired by IBM, there have been layoffs, so not the most stable position. So, great to start at, but maybe not a place to build a career.

Pros

Smart, hardworking people who genuinely try to do right by clients—often despite being undermined by inconsistent middle management. Some teams have strong peer support and camaraderie, though cross-team support can be uneven (especially between consulting and technology groups). With the right manager, you can do great work and build real momentum—your experience depends heavily on who you report to

Cons

Employee experience varies significantly by geography. India-based teams generally appear to benefit from more structured management and consistent treatment, while U.S. operations struggle with leadership coherence and discipline. Because Glassdoor does not separate reviews by region or legal entity, overall ratings can mask these differences. Leadership is weak and scattered—too little clarity, too much noise The environment is chaotic and undisciplined; planning rarely survives contact with reality Favoritism is noticeable and undermines morale HR tends to protect leadership decisions rather than resolve root causes, Over time, the mismatch between stated values and real behavior becomes hard to ignore
