Pros
The people are great. Very friendly, and it appears there are several solid relationships throughout the office between employees. It's a small community and everyone knows everyone else. The work is easy to do and there is always something new to learn.
Cons
There is a lot of work and you are evaluated on your productivity on a monthly basis. Everything you do results in a "grade" but they don't give you the tools necessary to improve your overall score. Since your potential income is based on your score, you fall short. Meanwhile, you are given more work and very little recognition for job well done. The managers are overworked and can be short tempered and ineffective on a regular basis. I think the reason most employees stay is because there just aren't any other jobs in that community.
