It's highly unfortunate that in twenty words I can't list one DECENT thing about this company. I guess, the one positive is they're flexible with vacation during non-peak hours. Which is about 1/6th of the year.
Cons
Job pays in the 20 percentile for comparable jobs in the Madison market, Does not follow the OT plan designed around their own handbook. However, you're required to put 60-70 hours in fairly frequently without additional pay, Most of the "Leadership" team was built around either their friends, family or partners instead of actual education, dedicated or experienced employees.
