Pros
Netria tries to be a good company. They plan employee events, volunteer in the community, and sponsor lunches from time to time.
Cons
Management tends to be very reactive and not proactive. Employee's tend to do as they please with very little professionalism - several employees attended a company team building event high. I witnessed co-workers getting into loud verbal arguments on the sales floor. I never heard so much swearing, talk about pot, and inappropriate topics on a sales floor as I did at Netria. Account Managers could frequently be heard saying negative things about their clients when a client asked for basic information (tracking information on a package). Senior management was on the sales floor and turned a deaf ear to it. I felt like I was watching an episode of Romper Room.
