Cons

Our dear boss, a champion of work-life balance - these words were as empty as a politician's promise. His style was a masterpiece of micromanagement and cluelessness, scrutinizing every sales detail while lacking of sales experience. Training? sink or swim, but mostly sink. Sales? Juggling roles like one person circus - salesperson, vendor management, presales, project manager, and support. Marketing? A big joke! Generating no real leads! Yet, sales were still expected to be a magician. Closed a deal? Complaints of low margins! Aim for bigger margins? Sales cycle too long! A workload with no end in sight, meager pay, no bonus, and an impossible commission scheme – the perfect recipe for new sales' dissatisfaction! Tech team heads are dinosaurs, stuck in comfort zone, clinging to outdated knowledge and resisting innovation. Newcomers flee. Turnover rate so high, it's a revolving door!

Great place for newbies, tons of exciting things to learn Various technological departments, work might seem overloading but once you're familar with your work, things will look easy.

Cons

Workload can sometimes be heavy, especially during peak periods and when handling multiple projects simultaneously. Fast-paced environment may be challenging for some employees initially.

- micro manage. KPI can be affected if you do not give a like to company posting on linkedin/facebook. nonsense. - someone who is looking for good salary/benefits. this is not your place
