Pros

No pros. only cons and cons.

Cons

all are downside with working with this company. only those employees get promoted who contribute physically to their managers. no scope of talent, growth, etc. they will treat you like they own you. you have to work till 2 in night. no work life balance. dirty politics. , gossiping, time pass this is all they provide in Netlink. Great cry little wool. I would not recommend anyone to join this worst company. the employee's day to day life is very frustrating, no work life balance. no job security. they don't follow any notice period policy. they just call you and order to submit the laptop and other stuff. freshers stay a mile away from this company. they will ruin you emotionally, mentally and you will be nothing but depressed. my worst life decision is to join this company. HR are slave of higher management. they will only talk to you nicely if you are a relative of senior employee. all in all, if you want to be permanent employee there, you have to be very good in gossiping, time pass, and most important be ready to do any favor to your manager, be a good . at last, it's my request not to go to this stupid company. no skills are there in managers. they don't value you.

Pros

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Cons

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
