Pros

If you want to learn how to forget about personal life and just wanna work.. this is the right place

Cons

1. So much politics 2. You may find fresher/juniors earning more then you 3.never deliver in terms of work/position/ salary 4. No one take responsibility of any task every one is looking for other to blame 5. Higher managment can do things but those people are replica of dhritarashtra the one who can not see 6. You may find all the bourdon over one team member where others might not even working 7. Will give you to much work/task with unrealistic ETA 8. Will ask you to work on weekend/ may force you to work.. for which you will get the comp-off but you would not be allowed to take leave 9. Manger will start work after 11 and even if you are working from morning 9 they may ask you to work after 8 pm.. for which there is no OT no comp-off, yes they will say they allow you to work for 5 hours only if you have worked extra.. but for that month only hours will not carry forward.. so if you have worked extra hours in month end that is your mistak You may find some really good people, but mostly are there for politics.. worst place to work There is one more point.. They dont have toilet paper in bathroom.. they may ask you to use news paper or wet seat... Their water cooler smell like gutter some times Happy to left from the organization

Pros

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Cons

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
