Capita alle volte che vieni lanciato senza prima una formazione adeguata, devi essere tu stesso ad andare e capire i meccanismi. le più delle volte quando impari da solo, guardando e chiedendo, ti tengono e puntano sul tuo profilo, come nel mio caso o quelli di alcuni colleghi entrati con me nello stesso periodo.

This lack of structure leads to frequent errors that employees are blamed for, despite no training or support being provided. Delayed Payments to Suppliers: Constant delays in paying suppliers result in blocked orders and frustrated clients, directly impacting employee performance and client satisfaction. Discrimination and Unethical Practices: Evidence of discriminatory treatment towards employees, including unjustified disciplinary actions and dismissals. Micromanagement and Favoritism: Leadership is chaotic, with decisions often made based on personal bias rather than merit or logic. Some employees are penalized harshly, while others are allowed to coast. Outdated Systems: The company wasted significant resources (over €500,000) on implementing the wrong Salesforce version due to poor decision-making at the senior level.
