Cons

Cons ? A lot... From one day to the next, because the boss is in a bad mood, he will tell you that your work is bad and that you do not do enough. Whereas a few weeks earlier everything was going great. I have never seen so many colleagues cry because the boss exerts so much pressure every minute of every day. Even if you do your best and try your best to make things better, you will end up being mistreated and gently kicked out. Flees!

Cons

No Clear Direction or Protocols: Management fails to provide clear guidelines or expectations. This lack of structure leads to frequent errors that employees are blamed for, despite no training or support being provided. Delayed Payments to Suppliers: Constant delays in paying suppliers result in blocked orders and frustrated clients, directly impacting employee performance and client satisfaction. Discrimination and Unethical Practices: Evidence of discriminatory treatment towards employees, including unjustified disciplinary actions and dismissals. Micromanagement and Favoritism: Leadership is chaotic, with decisions often made based on personal bias rather than merit or logic. Some employees are penalized harshly, while others are allowed to coast. Outdated Systems: The company wasted significant resources (over €500,000) on implementing the wrong Salesforce version due to poor decision-making at the senior level. This inefficiency trickled down to the sales and logistics teams, adding to their burden. High Turnover and Poor Morale: Employees are frequently overworked and undervalued. Promises of bonuses and recognition are often broken or arbitrarily denied.
