The company's biggest problem is the CEO and his dynamic with the COO & CTO (who also quit cause he couldn’t stand the CEO’s behaviour) The CEO asks for respect, responsibility and professionalism, but does not show the same to his employees. He is a person with a big micromanagement problem and does not know how to differentiate his professional and personal relationship with the employees. He expects people to be available 24/7 and does not respect employees' time off. My recommendation if anyone reads this is to not work for this company, they will sell you an experience completely different to the reality. And as for the company, for its own well being and of your employees… find a new CEO.
