Pros
The training program has been created to enhance skills that you may not have thought were relevant, and there are huge potential opportunities if you are a hard working individual. The training staff are committed to enable your personal development whether that be technical or personal skills, and are very supportive with the training. Every Friday afternoon you get to drink and socialize in the office, you can play pool whenever you like and there is a brilliant atmosphere in the office. It's almost a shame to be deployed!
Cons
I'm yet to find any, but c'mon this is an excellent place to work. I guess the only downside would be the unpaid training but the skills developed and knowledge you acquire throughout this more than make up for that. Plus accommodation is provided for this period so you only have to worry about living costs.
