Great Place! - Network Administrator Netacom Employee Review

Small company well ran. The owner is fantastic as well as the office manager. Great overall work environment and it's always fun for the most part. Since the team is smaller than average great place to get lots of experience as you get to touch alot of systems with a variety of different clients.

No real cons, you just have the the normal difficulties you have of having a small team. Other than that it's normal work woes as you would have any place else.

Pays well, the fridge is always stocked with soda

No flexibility whatsoever, salaried employees are expected to work 50+ hours per week without any comp time or overtime. Everyone reports directly to the owner, who is moody and dismissive and has a "my way or the highway" attitude about everything.
