      Pros

      Netacea gave me great benefits, lots of opportunity to learn new things, freedom to structure how I approached and carried out my duties, and support when I needed it. Plenty of job satisfaction too, from helping make products that protect and defend.

      Cons

      As a newish company, procedures, internal forms etc are a work in progress. The company runs perfectly smoothly and the lack of the strict formal rigidity of big corporate life is arguably a pro and not a con, but aside from some teams being small this was all I could think of for 'cons'.

      Great people and work environment Product has very high efficacy Mgmt is very focused and supportive

      Cons

      Highly competitive market with many mature offerings A bit of a one trick pony where others have deeper offerings ML models have to be built for each use case due to the efficacy

      The people are amazing - everyone really cares about what they do The concept is great

      Cons

      Change in C level leadership was a disaster, dinosaur views on how things should be run, turned into the boys club Org needs to pivot the product into something that customers can implement without making it over complicated People are being let go left right and centre Morale was extremely low when I left
