Pros

Unlimited earning potential – Your income directly reflects the effort and deals you put in; there’s no cap on what you can make. Entrepreneurial freedom – You run your own business while leveraging the company’s platform and resources. Strong training and support – Access to systems, tools, and mentorship that help you grow and close more deals. Performance-based growth – Hard work and results are recognized and rewarded. Scalable opportunity – As you build relationships and pipeline, you create long-term, repeat business and financial growth.

Cons

Commission-only structure – No guaranteed salary, so income can be inconsistent, especially when starting out. High self-discipline required – Success depends heavily on your ability to prospect, follow up, and stay motivated daily. Market-dependent income – Fluctuations in the real estate market can directly impact deal flow and earnings. Long and unpredictable hours – Evenings, weekends, and constant availability may be necessary to secure deals. Performance pressure – Results-driven environment where production is closely tied to success and recognition.

Pros

Good entry point into real estate

Cons

For the amount of work you put in and hours, NetWorth takes a huge cut of the business and earnings you generate. They present a supportive face and tell you they want you to succeed until you look out for your best interest and then they throw you under the bus. I worked there for 2 years and was the top agent in my office and when I told them I had a better opportunity elsewhere, I was threatened with legal action unless I came back to work for them.
