      Pros

      Great insurance coverage Good entry position into fin-tech Never OT, good work life balance Nice office space Great colleagues (peers) in HK office Great opportunity to study part time

      Cons

      High turner over rate, you will hear lots of people get laid off in all offices. Even people who have worked for the company for over 10 years, there is no loyalty for its employees and anyone is easily replaceable. Career progression is limited.
