On a contract, onboarding can be a bit confusing and bureaucratic

The transition from Vista Global Solutions as a contractor was pretty much easy. The New Hire Orientation and First Day instructions were very helpful to get things moving for new employees. Also, unlike other companies that I've worked for, NetImpact offers certification and training opportunities via Udemy and there's a lot choose from. To acquire more knowledge and build your career path, this is definitely the way to go.

So far, no real cons.
