      salary is good and local hires are very nice

      Cons

      all decision are still made in china. People are getting fired left right center due to poor leadership and people getting caught for embazzlement

      Good benefits, remote work, overall good colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with a lack of clear vision for US expansion. Lead to an overall lack of influence we could have on the business and very Chinese centric.
