Pros
Great Salary and Benefits, lots of nice people working there. It does appear that the corporate culture does value employees and tries to provide many avenues for balancing work and life. I did meet some very pleasant people here.
Cons
Heavy on process, lack of transparency , losing market share so frequent layoffs. New product development doesn't happen here, only extension of existing products. Current management has a CYA attitude, and cost cutting / outsourcing abounds. Managers expect you to be on call 24x7 so as to accomodate offshore development teams.
