it's a good place to get your feet wet, but due to low wages and no benefits your better off working somewhere else
Cons
management is closed minded, they put policies in place but they themselves do have to adhere to. owner puts cameras in every office possible. small office only about 6 employees in the office. no raises and benefits are non-existent
