Pros

I’ve been working with NestorBird for the past 2 years, and it has truly been an incredible journey. From day one, the company has provided a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment that constantly inspires me to do my best. During my tenure, I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the most talented and passionate professionals in the industry. NestorBird is not just a workplace — it’s a place that feels like home, where your efforts are appreciated and your growth is valued.

Pros

I got placed here right at the end of my third year of college, and my experience as a Full Stack Developer (starting as an intern and now moving to full-time) has been fantastic. The best part is that from day one, there was no simulation, I was working on real projects for actual clients. This meant my mistakes had real consequences, which was the best way to learn. It pushed me to be meticulous and learn everything in detail. The culture here is incredibly supportive. People are very understanding, and my manager has been proactive in checking on my well being, asking if I need a break even before I've said anything. There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance; working after hours is a personal choice and never forced. The HR team does a great job with Fun Fridays and other events, and I've found it easy to build great relationships with my managers and colleagues both in and out of the office.

Cons

The work can be intense, and meeting tight deadlines can be tricky at times. Also, since the core technologies are Frappe and ERPNext, you have to put in a lot of effort to learn them as they aren't mainstream, which means a steep learning curve.

Pros

Nothing remember to share here.

Cons

The higher-level management is extremely egoistic and lacks basic humanity. When my mother was hospitalized three times in three months, instead of showing empathy, they threatened to apply 'sandwich leave' if I took time off. Overtime efforts are never recognized or appreciated. At joining, they promised to revise my salary after the 3-month probation period, but they never kept their word." Advice to Management: "Drop the ego and treat employees with dignity. Honor salary commitments, show empathy during emergencies, and start valuing hard work. A culture built on respect and humanity will earn loyalty and improve the company’s reputation.
