      Pros

      Ness is now a full lifecycle digital transformation company. Opportunities to grow are humongous, if you are serious about your carrier. You get paid well as compared to other large IT services company. You will get higher visibility and growth. The projects are transformation in nature rather then doing just support. No bulshit with 0 micromanagement. Learning and certifications are a top priority to build technical competence which leads to a huge career advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      none as such. Relook at the 401K contributions.
