Regarding your concerns, we make it a priority that our managers are provided with extensive training on harassment and unconscious bias annually. We have a zero tolerance for racism and any form of misconduct by our Managers and Employees alike. Employees also have access to multiple resources including their HR Business Partners and our Business Conduct Line, should they choose to make a formal complaint.
