Pros
Very family-oriented company, many employees with a lot of tenure, benefits are good. Promotion and long-term career opportunities are very good in most areas of the company.
Cons
At times it does feel like a "good old boy" network because of the long-time leadership and many friendships that seem to control/influence promotions, etc.
