I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations with implementing new strategies. Our employee surveys help gather feedback for improvement. While some changes are quick, others need thorough consideration for team and customer impact. I’d encourage you to speak to your leader in instances where you feel that processes can be improved further.
We know hiring the right people is crucial and use a thorough recruitment process. Our leaders have autonomy in hiring to ensure a good fit for skills and experience.
Training is key for new employees to understand our processes and we all have our part to play in ensuring success when someone joins us. We recognise communication as crucial and are continuously improving with regular meetings, newsletters, and we’ll shortly be sharing news on our investment in this area.
Regarding working hours and compensation, we benchmark roles to industry standards to ensure fair recognition and reward. This is something we feel is incredibly important to do to ensure our employees are rewarded and recognised for their hard work and dedication.
Despite challenges, it's heartening to hear you value your colleagues. We're committed to a supportive, organised work environment where everyone can thrive.
