      - The harder you work and the better you are at your job, the more work you get given. - No rewards for hard work and going above and beyond - Little help from HQ for the stores - Bullying management style is encouraged

      Pros

      Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

      Cons

      There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
