Fixed salary no commission or bonus either... I have been told in the beginning that it will be very chilled and enjoyable but it was exhausting. U need to sell a lot, plus clean everything and manage stock and deliveries whilst overtime is unpaid. My manager was not willing to give a time back neither approving full vacation.
