Good HR team and company environment is very good. You will feel like a family in Neova. In Neova you will find some great talent but not many. If you are fresher you can join QA else you can join any other team as well. If you are girl you will get some great benefits from some neova employees specially from some management members. Flexible timing, No issues with leaves. Work from home is available for seniors. Your job preference should be in following order. QA Java .Net.
Cons
No career opportunities. Less salary. No good projects. Management is worst. If you are girl your life is very much easy else you are no where does not matter how much talented you are. Facilities for employees are less compare to other companies (May be due to small scale company). The employees who don't work will get appreciation from management. Neova does not care about honest and hardworking employees. If you are aggressive and loud then ball is in your court.
