One area for improvement is in the leadership approach of certain individuals, which at times can feel overly controlling and cause unnecessary stress among employees. This has led to higher turnover, and adopting a more collaborative style would greatly benefit the team.

Then cooperating with outsiders / customers more easy than the colleague with other departments fas / sales. Pay is not high but they aspects from you the best with '0' mistakes. And management will never satisfied with your hardwork given. Need quick learner. Thats all.
