smart co workers, nice people

Cons

The leadership team lacks real world experience and the professionalism to succeed. Every person they let go gets dropped with no notice, no severance, no specific explanation aside from some vague "we are going in a different direction". It does not matter how long you have been there or how much you have contributed or what your role was. It is very unprofessional to not even give a minimal 2-weeks pay in lieu of notice, or even say something nice like "good luck in future endeavors, let me write you a nice recommendation on Linkedin". The fact that this happens every time to every person tells me that this is how they operate. If you have any self respect, do not go to work here.

Pros

Neocol is an outstanding place to work. They have grown into one of the top Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consulting partners and have a track record of taking on the most challenging projects, but still delivering exceptional work. Neocol has amazing benefits in addition to the typical benefits most companies provide such as unlimited PTO, internet and phone reimbursement, and mandatory PTO per quarter. Where Neocol really shines is through its people. Not only is everyone immensely qualified, but everyone genuinely cares about one another. At Neocol you will never be alone and you will always have access to tons of Revenue Cloud subject matter experts. People are always willing to work together as a team to solve the toughest business challenges. I’ve never worked for a better company.

Cons

Not a whole lot to share here. Just typical consulting firm struggles that are not unique to Neocol. A lot of the negative reviews on here are actually quite subjective and hard to take seriously.

Pay is good..until they fire you

Cons

Hire and fire culture, people come and go weekly. No strategic direction for the company. Clients complain and everyone freaks out erratically, then the client gets away with everything (you are an order taker). Great marketing but little talent to back it up. CEO is interesting as he is hands-on, has a crazy ego tho. The leadership all seem to know each other before and have a weird relationship tryin to make it a family atmosphere which is bad for the culture. Seems like everyone who succeeds here has some connection to the family.
