Pros
The product is still the best in the world.
Cons
I feel compelled to write this review in the hopes that you'll take notice of the alarming shift in our company's culture. What was once a vibrant, innovative place has devolved into a bureaucracy, more akin to a corporate dinosaur than the nimble startup with stronger sales we once were. Much of the issue lies with our CEO and HR leader and their increasing disconnect from the lifeblood of this company - its employees. Thev’ve erected barriers where there were once open doors, stifling the creativity and collaboration that made us great. My manager now spends their days in a cycle of damage control, trying to reassure worried team members about the company's viability as we repeatedly fall short of our sales targets. This state of uncertainty is draining morale and productivity. The influx of US hires, while bringing some talent, has transformed us into a copy of the most mediocre American tech companies. It's disheartening to see how we now operate with all the slowness of a massive corporation, despite our relatively modest size. The hurdles to getting things done have multiplied, choking the speed and adaptability that once defined us. I urge you to recognize these issues and compel action before it's too late. We need to recapture the spirit that made this company great - the innovation, the camaraderie, and the shared vision of creating something extraordinary. Let's return to our roots as a dynamic, forward-thinking tech company. The talent and potential are still here; we just need the right leadership to let them flourish once again.
