Pros

Mostly nice colleagues Interesting product Remote work Competent new leadership in Rev Ops

Cons

Certain teams work more than is reasonable due to inadequate resourced and high demands placed on them. They're burning out. Disheartening to see how little PTO US-based emplyees have compared to their EMEA-based collagues. People who feel burned out see their collegues take vacation after vacation fir weeks at a time. This setup creates a climate of inequality and breeds resentment, which is especially hard on the middle managers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Work-life balance is very important! We are growing fast, and I know that many teams are working very hard! We highly encourage individuals to take a break before getting to the point of feeling burned out. I would encourage you to talk with your manager and figure out a plan to take that much needed time away! Please reach out to the People Team if you have any issues. Regarding PTO and other benefits, we are in the midst of evaluating our offerings to ensure we remain competitive and attractive going forward. Thanks again!
