Pros

_Neo4j is truly the category leader who is building and growing the product category. _The uses of the technology are inspiring. Companies, researchers, journalists, governments and individual developers are solving great problems with graph databases that were slow, challenging, and/or impossible to solve previously. _The company potential is large. If you're knowledgeable of databases, you quickly see the transformative nature of graph databases and how secular trends will benefit the company. Growth potential of a company is often connected to personal career opportunities for employees. _People are warm and collaborative, and majority are genuinely open to and embracing change. Companies that stand still can fail, and people understand this in a productive way to always be improving what we are doing and how we're operating.

Cons

_Communication between teams and onboarding needs to improve. Globally, the company has grown rapidly in the last couple years with a material share working remotely. Ramping up, creating strong working relationships and building effective communication channels is a weakness. There needs to be a greater corporate focus on this. _Time zone differences really suck. There are a lot of teams in the UK and Sweden.
