      Poor management. Upper management is cliquey. Have to bite your tongue and “get stuff done” no matter what your opinion is

      Underpaid Employees aren’t given the autonomy to do their jobs well Favoritism is rampant Jeff Nelson cared about his people…the current president only cares about money.
