Commission Checks at times can be very good.
Cons
Senior and Dept. Managers do not care how you make the sale, just get it done. Associates are rewarded for being extremely aggressive on the Sales Floor. Even if it takes being Unethical and show no moral values to increase your overall sales Volume.
