      Ability to work from home. Flexible schedule. Employees that care.

      Cons

      No ability to take a true vacation, but watch out, you won't be getting any of your vacation time if you leave. No company goals or strategy. Constant changes that negatively impact pay. No support or voice. Poor training, when employees struggle the excuse is always 'not a good fit'. Inconsistent processes and procedures. Unprofessional, party activities of leadership.

      Pros

      The remote culture at Neighbors Bank is second to none. They are truly pioneers of the remote work environment. Even though everyone works from their own sacred space at home, you still feel like you are in an office with your best friends. This company makes you feel seen, heard, appreciated, and they do SO MUCH for their employees on a daily basis. While they still expect high quality work, the flexibility that their remote work environment offers has allowed me to spend so much more time with my family and daughter. The work is fulfilling, the flexibility is unmatched, and the people that work here are as awesome as humans get. In just a few words - Neighbors Bank is the best company I've ever worked for.

      I can't think of a single con to working at Neighbors. It's that good.
