Amazing group of people who want the best for their teams and truly care for their franchise owners.
Cons
As the largest franchising conglomerate, there needs to be more support for each brand in departments as compliance, accounting, and marketing. Having such small teams be responsible for multi-brands causes a lot of mistakes and headache for brand specific team members. Some things needs to be managed "in-house" or within the brand as not everything can always be emailed and processed. Franchising takes relationship skills on every level, not just the coaching side.
