      NeighborImpact is a truly effective organization that is woven into the fabric of this community. I get to be very involved in the community and the hybrid remote/on-site situation is ideal for me.

      Cons

      Once someone is hired on, they hold onto them even if they aren't a great fit. If the ED likes you, you're staying.

      * Pay was good *My team helped me when I advocated for class and team members *Had a good sense of direction with requirements *Helping families who need it and seeing that impact in person

      *At times communication was hard with some higher ups *Some PLC's were repetitive for veteran teachers
