The worst place to work - Anonymous employee Neev Academy Employee Review

Neev Academy lacks empathy and support for employees and corners them at every situation. Unrealistic expectation and blame game is life from top to bottom. HR outsources every position and has no role in hiring or checking on staff concerns as that is their last priority. They ignore to fix the cause of many employees leaving nearly 50% staff are leaving for good. HR department itself donot have stability and they ask people to sign in to stay for 2 years. Board and management should realise the sensitivity of the issue and how capable people are to lead. Strong people leave jobs here for peace of mind and stay away from internal and dirty politics. My sincere advise is work somewhere you are respected and not pulled down.
