Great working environment, one of the most lovely group of people I have worked with. Brilliant company benefits.

On occasion, can work 30 minutes to an hour late. Not much opportunity for progression.

- Some lovely people who are very talented and create these beautiful dresses

- Disgraceful pay, not to market standards. - No flexibility, in 5 days a week. Some managers get to WFH which is unfair. You need to wake up and trust your employees to WFH. - No progression, yes it's a small company but if you're working hard and have talent it should be valued not taken advantage of. Let people grow in their role, this way your company will grow and employees will stay loyal. - No perks, only a select few people get to go on fun press or trade events whilst others who work just as hard in other teams get nothing. - Not enough benefits or social events for teams to merge. - The office is pretty boring and also very limited in terms of space.
