Senior upper managemnt, They do not treat the "little" people of the company with respect. It is a six day work week every weekend unless you can afford to take off. Main office workers are 5 day work week long hours there in the office. No cell phones,no reading and no talking to fellow workers on duty you can only watch the same play so many times without wanting to jump off the balcony.
