The owner does not even think before suggesting something. He calls the meetings discussion whereas they are just dictations. He does meetings for 3 hours everyday in the morning and asks you to give output before lunch. He lacks basic human decency and calls people on weekends, at 1 in night, 4 in night. He does not even know what he is trying to build. Specifications change every morning. He forces employees to write positive reviews in front of him or get their salary deducted. He will kick you off the meeting if he thinks he is loosing a discussion and his point is weak. He shouts and scolds employees like he is a teacher. He will breath down your neck to complete unrealistic tasks in unrealistic time. He sues every ex employee if a negative review pops up on Glassdoor when he has left. The company's favourite pastime is hiring and firing. Just look at the median tenure of people in linkedin. The positions are always open at Nayan . The so called flat hierarchy is the owner's way of keeping all control in his hand forever. He does not trust his managers, team leads, engineers.
